Patty Wilson – created local account and installed Google Chrome. Turns out she had several movies in iTunes which made her iTunes library exceedingly large and required a long time to copy.

Kenny Moore – requested access to student passwords. Shared Student List doc with him.

Karis Reavis – inquired about using iPads with OdysseyWare. I didn’t know answer, told him to try and see what happens. The technical requirements posted on the OdysseyWare web site indicates that they do not support iOS.

Faculty – sent message to all faculty to see who needs scanners. I have a few in my lab that we don’t use anymore and I’m not likely to use them in the future so it would be good to distribute them to other faculty. I’m a little worried about the additional time that will be required to support them.

Scanners – distributed some older scanners from my classroom to Mrs. Yott in Kindergarten, Kerry Sharp in Elementary special ed, and Karla Davis in the middle school. It took me a while to realize that there are no drivers necessary anymore since Preview can now “Import from Scanner”. I sent an email message out to faculty describing where the scanners are and how to use Preview to scan images and PDFs.
